Application Process and Eligibility
The application procedure for the Axis Bank Platinum Credit Card is really simple. It can be applied for online and once the application gets approved, the credit card is issued to the applicant promptly. To be eligible, the applicant should be an Indian citizen or an NRI (Non-Resident Indian) of minimum 18 years and maximum 70 years of age. Also, the applicant need to present recent coloured photographs, Form 60 or a copy of their PAN card, proof of income, including the latest payslips, copies of their IT returns or Form 16, and either their passport, ration card, electricity bill or landline telephone bill as proof of residence, along with either the Aadhaar card, driving license, passport or PAN card as identity proof.Features & Benefits of the Axis Bank Platinum Credit Card
- Reward Points: This credit card allows you earn 6 Edge Loyalty Reward points on almost all sorts of transactions, except for fuel transactions, on a spend of ₹200 domestically and 12 points on a spend of ₹200 internationally. As a birthday gift, you are rewarded with 2X Edge Loyalty Reward points during your birthday month for transactions completed with this credit card. When you make an add-on or acquire a supplementary card, you can earn 100 reward points as well.
- Cashback: We are living during a time when movie makers are giving us a plethora of choices in terms of cinema. The fun of watching a movie is further enhanced when you receive a cashback of 25% on booking movie tickets, which is capped at ₹1,000 in a calendar year. However, you will not earn any reward points during such transactions.
- Fuel Surcharge Waiver: Each time you refuel your car using the credit card, a surcharge waiver of 2.5% is provided for fuel transactions. However, the fuel transaction amount should be more than ₹400 but less than ₹4,000, to enjoy the benefits of up to ₹400 in a month.
- Convert Purchases into EMIs: On making transactions of ₹2,500 or more, the cardholder is given the option to get the credit card purchases converted into Equated Monthly Instalments (EMIs) by contacting the bank.
- Zero Liability for Lost Card: There might occur a situation when you accidentally lose your card or the card gets stolen. There is no need to worry about fraudulent activities that might occur due to this. Just report the loss to the bank immediately and you will no longer be responsible for any transactions completed by someone else with the lost card, up to the credit limit of you card.
