I have contacted oberon, got confimed that they are planning to open multiplex by the end of this month (Jan 2010 ) in case they are through with all the licensing formalities.

Prestige Forum will come late but PVR is gonna open there. In Lulu I hears Big Cinemas is coming with 7 screen multiplx

Cinemax multiplex is said to be ready. It may open in 2 weeks.
Fun Republic is opening its multiplex at Gold Souk Grande next
month. Lulu has struck deal with PVR for a 7 screen multiplex.
Prestige Forum will start construction soon, don’t know who they
have chosen for multiplex.
